At Continuum Health Club, we start with a lifestyle and functional diagnosis that will help us build the base of your program. After that, we will do some simple physical tests to determine if strength or endurance work is what you need the most. Finally, we look to make it sustainable. This means we make it fit your agenda and current lifestyle to optimize results. This is all about you and your goals.
I have seen individual programs lead to faster and better results. However, I did not want to leave out the fun of a good group workout.
This is what the Club has to offer:
Two personal training sessions per week that can be complemented with a third online session delivered through an app. This approach guarantees proper guidance and results. It also encourages independence on your fitness journey.

1 on 1 Private Sessions
These are meant to review and teach you new movements with full supervision. This is also where we will (re)assess.

Online Programming
The membership includes a weekly online session that you can do at home or somewhere else, completely tailored to what you need. This session is delivered through an app.
I meet you where you are at and accompany from there.
