ABOUT ME
I started this club with one goal in mind: to help people say “yes” to any activity they want no matter their physical condition and/or age.
Having practiced MMA for 4 years and CrossFit for 7+ years led me to become a full time coach. I now hold a CF-L2 certificate and regularly coach classes and individuals.
I also realized a huge part of the population is being left out. People who are in pain, people who do not have the physical capabilities yet and people who are too intimidated to step into that environment are not being helped. Taking that into account , I changed my coaching approach and upgraded my education to be able to help the person that is being left out.
Aside from the CrossFit courses, I completed the Immersion Program for coaches from Active Life and other continuous education which allowed me to finally help people who desire an active lifestyle but feel they have a barrier to achieve it.
